Idan Cohen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Idan is currently the SecOps & Cloud Security Team Leader at Cyberbit, where they manage all cloud security, DevOps, and SecOps-related content development. Idan's career started in the IDF (Israel Defense Forces), where they served as a Computer and Network Team Leader.

Idan Cohen pursued their education in the field of computer and information systems security/information assurance. Idan first attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a degree as an Information Security Expert. In 2020, they enrolled at Bar-Ilan University and completed a program to become a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Data Protection Officer (DPO).
In addition to their formal education, Idan Cohen also obtained certifications to further their knowledge and expertise. Idan achieved the MCSE 2012 certification in network and system administration from Microsoft, as well as the MCP certification in the same field.
