Matt Wald is the Founder and CEO of CyberContext, a position held since February 2023. Previously, as President and CEO of Covail from 2015 to 2022, Matt built the company's strategy and operational plan, significantly growing its workforce. Matt also held leadership roles at IntelePeer Cloud Communications, where strategic acquisition planning was implemented, and at Context Advisory Group as a Founding Partner, advising startups and accelerating funding. Earlier experience includes roles at Battelle, Neustar, GTS/Ebone, and Qwest/LCI International, contributing to substantial business turnarounds, market expansions, and strategic developments in technology and telecommunications. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University.
