Nicole Goodwin

Advisory Board Member at CyberCube

Nicole Goodwin is an Advisory Board Member at CyberCube. Nicole was previously a Security Intern at CyberCube from May to July 2022. During their time as an intern, they led research into the threat landscape and trends of nation-state and criminal cyber threat actors, which was used to create the Global Threat Briefing report sent to CyberCube's clients. Nicole also supported the Cyber Risk Modelling team in the development of several Exposure Signals, wrote a blog post about Wiper Malware, and led the writing of two Enterprise Threat Reports for two separate companies. Nicole has a deep technical expertise on Privacy-Enhancing Technologies and has done research on several different topics such as Attack Surface Management, Endpoint Detection & Response bypassing techniques, and overviews of cyber attacks in hot spots such as Taiwan, Iran, Israel, and others.

Nicole Goodwin has a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from ETH Zürich, a Master's degree in Cyber Security from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne), and a Bachelor of Science - BS in Computer Science and Engineering from Delft University of Technology. Nicole also has a degree in Security, Safety, and Justice from Leiden University.
