Keith Burns

Keith Burns is the Co-Chairman and CEO of Lullwater & Co., a role they have held since 2020. Currently, they serve as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Previously, Keith was the President of Krueger-Gilbert Health Physics, Inc. from 2014 to 2023 and has held various positions in private equity, M&A, and corporate finance, including roles at Goldman Sachs, Jones Day, and Latham & Watkins. Keith holds multiple degrees, including a JD from Columbia University School of Law and a BBA in Business Administration and Management from Emory University.
