Patrick Thomas

Patrick Thomas has been in the software development industry since 2012. Patrick started as a Web/QA Developer at Electronic Compliance Solutions, where they developed and administered a suite of websites to support the company's flagship product. In 2013, they joined InGenesis, Inc. as a Web Developer and helped develop a timesheet web application. From 2014 to 2018, Patrick worked at FCE Benefit Administrators as a Senior IT Project Manager leading a small project team in Scrum and Agile development practices. In 2018, they moved to Moody's Analytics Knowledge Services as a Project Manager, responsible for leading the creation of a web-based reporting and dashboard tool. In 2019, Patrick joined Phyz Healthcare Solutions as a Software Development Manager and .NET Developer. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Software Engineering Manager and Lead Engineer at CyberFortress.

Patrick Thomas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Radio-TV-Film from The University of Texas at Austin between 2006 and 2009. Patrick also attended San Antonio College from 2004 to 2006, studying Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology/Technician. In addition, they hold certifications from CompTIA (CompTIA Project+, obtained in April 2022), Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Certified Product Manager, obtained in August 2021), and Scrum.org (Professional Scrum Master I, obtained in August 2017).
