Oded Blatman

Oded Blatman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in information security and technology leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at Fireblocks since June 2021, Blatman focuses on streamlining digital asset operations for financial institutions while ensuring robust security measures. Previous roles include Chief Information Security Officer at Bank Hapoalim, Senior Director of Business Information Security at Salesforce, and Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at ClickSoftware. Blatman also held the position of Director of Cyber and Information Security at Israel Aerospace Industries, where oversight of cyber security measures was paramount. As an entrepreneur, Blatman founded NetSys HLS and Thalamus HLS, specializing in cyber defense technology and test-bed solutions. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Management from The Open University of Israel.
