Jeff Buss

Buss is the Chief Executive Officer of Cyberleaf. Buss previously served as Chief Information Officer at Dexian from 2023 to 2025. Buss sits on the Technology and Innovation Council at Graham Partners (2022–present) and serves on the boards of Waterleaf International (Board Member, 2023–present) and Unknown Cyber Inc (Advisory Board Member, 2022–present). Buss's career includes leadership roles in the U.S. Navy and in defense and cybersecurity organizations, including serving as Commander DISA Command Center Chief Information Security Officer and as Chief Technology Officer - Cyber Development Directorate at DISA (2016–2017), and as Commanding Officer at U.S. Naval Computer and Telecommunication Station, Sicily (2012–2014). Buss earned an MS from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy (2011–2012), an MBA from the University of Iowa (2000–2002), an MS from Trident University International (2006–2007), and a BS from Marquette University (1989–1993).
