Jacques Botha is a seasoned professional in service delivery management with extensive experience across various companies in the IT and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Cyberlogic since December 2022, Jacques contributes to strategic planning and ensures services comply with business standards and SLAs. Prior roles include Global Service Delivery Manager at Excis Compliance, where performance in service support functions was maintained, and Senior Manager at WorkPool. Jacques held multiple positions at ATIO Pty Ltd, culminating in the role of Customer Service Manager, managing extensive support teams and client relations. Contributions also include Technical Services Manager and System Engineer roles at Symetrix Consulting Inc and Symetrix Corporation, respectively, and various IT specialist and support positions at Telkom and Business Connexion.
