Andrea Strand is an experienced geologist with a robust background in operations and wellsite geology. From June 2017 to January 2023, Andrea served as an Operations/Wellsite Geologist at Arrow Energy, focusing on the Bowen and Surat Basins and participating in all phases of well planning and analysis. Prior roles include operations geology positions with Geo_Fit Solutions, ExxonMobil, BP, Drillsearch, and other organizations, where Andrea worked on various projects involving conventional and unconventional gas, shale gas, and oil across multiple regions, including North Africa and Europe. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Chemistry and a Master of Science in Economic Geology from the University of Auckland, alongside a Certificate IV in Outdoor Leadership from Outward Bound Australia.
