Bob Barker develops Cybernance’s corporate strategy through strategic partnerships and relationships. Barker is recognized in the software industry for his expertise in partnerships, product marketing, and business development derived from negotiating and implementing partnerships and acquisitions throughout his career. Previously Barker was CMO of Infoglide Software, where he architected an exit strategy that led to its successful acquisition by FICO.
During his career, Barker negotiated and implemented multiple partnerships with major industry players, resulting in new products that drove multi-million dollar increases in revenue at Novell, Sterling Commerce, and Compuware.
Barker also oversaw product management and technical partnerships at Compuware, guiding product direction for over 100 products in 7 families that generated over $700M in annual product revenue, and growing mindshare with market thought leaders.
Barker is editor and frequent contributor to Cybergovernance Journal, has written articles for industry publications, and has served on private company and non-profit boards.
