Julia MacArtney

Julia Macartney possesses extensive experience in customer success and account management within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success and previously as a Senior Account Manager at CyberOne since July 2008, Julia has played a key role in facilitating digital transformation for mid-market and large enterprises. Prior experience includes roles as an Account Manager at Comtact and a Communications Manager at Echo Communications, as well as managing ISDN30 orders and small business telephony at BT during a nine-year tenure. Julia's educational background includes attendance at John Ruskin College and Edenham High.
