Ned Heath

Ned Heath is a Senior Application Engineer at CyberOptics since September 2013, where expertise includes project management of competitive evaluations with an annual technical win rate exceeding 50%, and providing comprehensive technical support for CyberOptics SMT system products. Prior experience includes serving as a Field Service Engineer at Juki Automation Systems from June 2006 to September 2013, focusing on the installation and upgrading of SMT Pick & Place equipment, as well as providing 24/7 phone support and training. Earlier, from January 1998 to June 2006, Ned held the position of Senior Field Service Engineer at Mycronic, specializing in the installation, calibration, and repair of SMT Pick & Place equipment across various customer sites. Ned holds an Associate’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Phoenix Institute of Technology, earned between 1988 and 1990.
