Robert Jiang

Robert Jiang is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in optical and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Optical Engineer at CyberOptics since May 2008, Robert defines and reviews optical specifications, manages relationships with external sensor suppliers, and researches next-generation sensing technologies. Previously, Robert held various engineering roles, including Senior Mechanical Engineer at CyberOptics, Senior Research Engineer at Nanyang Technological University, and Senior R&D Engineer at Agilent Technologies, where innovative optical and mechanical designs were developed. Robert's early career includes significant roles at Advanced Systems Automation and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, where notable inventions in testing machinery and optical instrumentation were achieved. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in MAE from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor’s degree in Optical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
