Chris Kavanagh

Chris Kavanagh has over 20 years of work experience in the technology and defense sectors. In 1996, they began their career as a Naval Officer in the US Navy, where they served as the Deputy Branch Chief of an operational-intelligence collections team and Division Officer aboard internationally deployed warships. In 2002, they joined Lockheed Martin as a Satellite Systems Engineer, and in 2003, they became a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they were a Commercial Satellite Subject Matter Expert. In 2004, they joined Peraton (formerly Harris IT Services) as a Senior System Engineer and Technical Program Manager. In 2019, they moved to Three Wire Systems as a Program Manager and Director of Professional Services, and in 2020, they joined CyberCore Technologies as a Technical Program Manager, where they re-baselined a $29M+ contract through multiple pandemic-related schedule, scope, and cost changes. In 2021, they joined CyberPoint International as a Program Manager.

Chris Kavanagh attended the United States Naval Academy from 1992 to 1996 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in General Engineering.
