Matthew Rip

Matthew Rip is currently employed as a Data Engineer at CyberPro Consulting (Pty) Ltd, specializing in AWS and Snowflake data engineering and DEVOPS since January 2023. Previously, Matthew gained foundational skills in data science as a student at Explore Data Science Academy from January to December 2021, focusing on SQL, data analysis, and visualization using Python. Earlier experience includes serving as a CNC Programmer at Spex cc and Mikes Engineering from February 2010 to December 2020, where Matthew operated CNC machines and utilized MasterCam and Fusion360 software to ensure the efficient production of quality components. Matthew holds an NQF5 qualification in Data Science from Explore Data Science Academy.
