Michael Cher is currently the Director of Customer Success for the APAC region at CyberproAI, where they lead customer relations and satisfaction initiatives. Previously, they served as a Business Development Manager at Toyopower Global Pte Ltd and as a Presale Manager at CYBERPRO Global. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Sales Executive at Maplin. Michael holds a Master of Arts in International Business from the University of Greenwich and a Certificate in Management Essentials from Harvard Business School Online, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Karaganda State Technical University.
