Wells Larsen is an accomplished information security professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic development across various organizations. Currently, as the Founder and Fractional CISO at Mufasa Security, Wells specializes in strengthening governance and modernizing security architectures for numerous clients. In addition, Wells serves as a Leadership Board Member for the Minneapolis Chapter of CyberRisk Collaborative, focusing on critical infrastructure resilience. Previously, at INTEGRIS Health, Wells was recognized as a top Deputy CISO for efforts in rebuilding security post-breach. A founding leader at Optum, Wells was pivotal in scaling the organization's cybersecurity capabilities, and prior roles at Target and Boston Scientific involved managing enterprise security operations and infrastructure engineering.
