Chip Laingen

Chip Laingen, CDR, USN (Ret.), M.P.A. is a military veteran and business executive with a notable background as a 21-year U.S. Navy active duty aviator and commanding officer. Currently serving as Corporate Vice President for LSI and Graduate Faculty at the Technological Leadership Institute at the University of Minnesota, Chip also holds the position of Executive Director for Defense Alliance, a federally-funded defense network. Chip has authored "Laingen on Leadership" and actively engages in veteran transition coaching and policy advocacy through various committees and boards. With expertise in crisis communications, public policy, and economic development, Chip has contributed significantly to both military and civilian sectors.
