Scott Singer

Scott Singer, CAPT USN (Ret), has significant experience in cybersecurity, emergency preparedness, and technology leadership. As Executive Officer for the Commander Pacific Fleet Maritime Operations Center, Singer supported communication and cybersecurity needs for the Pacific Fleet. With a background as a Navy Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officer, Singer provided expertise during civil emergencies. The career includes roles as Interim Managing Director at the Center for Medical Device Cybersecurity and Chief Executive Officer of CyberNINES, offering compliance and managed security services. Scott Singer has served on various boards, including as past Chair of MNTech and advisory roles in InfraGard Members Alliance Minnesota and the Cyber Security Summit. Previous positions at Medtronic included Senior Director of Corporate Security and Director of Information Technology for the Vascular Division. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
