Gary Bartram

Gary Bartram is an accomplished user experience (UX) professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of User Experience at CyberSmart since December 2023, Gary previously held roles such as Head of Engineering and UX at GrantTree, where a new platform for tax credits and grant applications was conceptualized and developed. As Vice President of User Experience at orgvue, significant improvements were made in net promoter scores and customer retention. Gary's tenure at ADP included positions ranging from Director of User Experience to Director of Application Development, where a focus on user-centered design and front-end development was emphasized. Other notable experiences include founding Bee Lettings Ltd and contributing to software development for the Ministry of Defence at Serious Cybernetics Ltd. Gary holds A-Levels in Computer Science, Physics, and Maths + Mechanics from Worthing Sixth Form College.
