Bo Jayakumar

Bo Jayakumar has worked in various roles since 2005. Bo began their career at APAC Customer Services as a CSR in 2005. In 2007, they joined Xerox as a CSR/School Services Representive/Payment Center Representive, where they were responsible for resolving customer requests, questions and complaints, serving as a liaison between customers and other departments within the organization, and reviewing loan, repayment, and other financing options with customers. In 2015, they began working at A&MS as a Support Analyst, and at Apprenda as an IT/Help Desk. In 2016, they joined TAG Solutions as a Business Development and Inside Sales Representative, and in 2017 they began working at Cyberstone Security as a Channel Manager and Channel Account Executive.

Bo Jayakumar attended Mohawk Valley Community College from 2014 to 2016, studying Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
