James R. has significant work experience in various roles related to cyber security, technical management, customer service, and vocational training. James is currently working as a Cyber Security Consultant at Cyberstone Security since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Cyber Security Analyst at the same company starting from February 2021.

Before joining Cyberstone Security, James worked at TAG Solutions as a Jr. Technical Alignment Manager from September 2020 to February 2021, and as a Customer Service Engineer from September 2019 to February 2021. James also worked at Computer Professionals International as a Systems Engineer from June 2019 to September 2019.

In addition, James has experience as a Systems Engineer at New England Systems and Software (NESS) from July 2018 to June 2019. James served as a Technical Support staff at Community Care Physicians, P.C. from December 2017 to July 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Systems Analyst at Conduent from June 2017 to December 2017. James also gained customer service experience as a Customer Service Representative II at Anthem Worldwide from October 2015 to June 2017.

Lastly, James had valuable experience in vocational training and guidance for individuals with intellectual disabilities. James worked as an Employment Specialist at Warren, Washington & Albany Counties Chapter of NYSARC Inc. from April 2015 to October 2015, as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor from March 2012 to April 2015, and as a Work Skills Instructor from November 2009 to March 2012. In the latter role, James provided guidance, implemented vocational training plans, and taught effective communication skills to program participants.

James R. began their education in 2014 at Hudson Valley Community College, where they pursued an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on WWW Design and Programming. James completed their studies in 2017.

In addition to their degree, James has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. In March 2018, they earned the CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA. Two years later, in April 2020, they achieved the CompTIA Network+ ce certification from the same institution. In November 2020, James obtained the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification from EC-Council. More recently, in June 2023, they acquired the CyberAB Registered Practitioner (RP) certification from Canvas Credentials (Badgr).
