Priya Das

Priya Das has a diverse range of work experience. Priya started their career as a Trainee at CyberTech Systems and Software, Inc in December 2019. From May 2020 to April 2022, Priya worked as an Analyst (Tier-1), providing technical support for ESRI software and assisting global clients with GIS project workflows. Priya also evaluated data quality and documented deviations using ArcGIS Enterprise. In April 2022, they were promoted to the role of Quality Executive, where they monitored workflows, conducted quality audits, and initiated improvements based on the findings. Presently, Priya serves as a Subject Matter Expert - Premium Support GIS Analyst at CyberTech Systems and Software, Inc, a position they started in September 2022. In addition to their work at CyberTech, Priya had a project internship at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Pune from April 2019 to July 2019. During this internship, they validated a global climate model in the Himalayan region using gridded dataset and analyzed precipitation and temperature data.

Priya Das began their education in 2011 at Convent of Jesus and Mary, Ranaghat, where they obtained their Indian Certificate of Secondary Education with a focus on Science in 2012. Priya then attended St Mary's English School from 2012 to 2014, completing the Council of Indian School Certificate program in Humanities/Humanistic Studies. Following this, Priya enrolled at Calcutta University, Kolkata, from 2014 to 2017, earning a Bachelor's degree in Geography. Finally, from 2018 to 2020, Priya attended Symbiosis Institute of Geoinformatics, where they graduated with a Master of Science degree in Geoinformatics.
