Tejesh Naik

Tejesh Naik has a diverse work experience in the field of GIS and project management. Tejesh started their career at HERE, a Nokia company as a GIS Data Analyst in 2012. Their responsibilities included analyzing and maintaining the GIS database, designing workflows using FME, and performing quality control and assurance. Tejesh worked in this role until April 2015.

In 2015, Tejesh joined CyberTech Systems and Software, Inc. Their initial role was as a Senior GIS Analyst, where they provided end-to-end solutions for spatial data analysis, design, and development using tools like ArcGIS, JavaScript, and Python. Tejesh also provided technical assistance and training to end-users. Tejesh held this role until September 2016.

After that, Tejesh was promoted to the position of Team Lead, where they led a team and managed projects until October 2018. Tejesh further advanced their career as a Senior Team Leader until August 2020 and was responsible for overseeing project teams and ensuring successful project delivery.

Tejesh then took on the role of Assistant Manager from August 2020 to July 2022, where they played a key role in project management and leadership.

Currently, Tejesh is working as a Project Manager at CyberTech Systems and Software, Inc, which they started in June 2022. In this role, they are responsible for managing projects and ensuring their successful completion.

Tejesh Naik holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Ramnarain Ruia College, Matunga Mumbai, which they obtained from 2012-2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from the same college from 2010-2012. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications including the "Training on Information Security and Compliance for External Workforce" from SAP in January 2022, and both the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certifications from Benchmark Six Sigma in July 2019.
