Paul Abbott has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Paul started their career at JJB Sports Plc as an Assistant Store Manager and later became a Store Liaison Project Manager, where they were responsible for implementing a new EPOS system and managing internal and external project managers. Paul then moved on to Cybertill, where they worked as a Technical Support Manager, Service Desk Manager, and currently holds the position of Head of Customer Success. Prior to that, they worked as a Support Analyst at B&M Retail. Paul also gained experience as an IS Systems Engineer at JJB Sports Plc, where they were involved in business intelligence report development and server backup coordination. Overall, Paul has demonstrated their expertise in various technical and managerial roles throughout their career.

Paul Abbott obtained their Level 3 qualification in Adult Mental Health: Workplace First Aider from St John Ambulance in 2023. Paul also pursued Business and Finance Advanced Level studies at Carmel College. Additionally, Paul received certifications in ITIL® V3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from Datrix Training and PRINCE2 Project Management from PentagonIT.
