Since 2008, CTS has been focused on lifting talented individuals up with little or no experience. The business model has been fairly simple: Find small/medium businesses with unique technology needs, and pair them with and ideal Candidate Apprentice and a highly experienced Consultant. Initially we work with both parties as until they are ready to begin work together. At that point the SMBs (Small and Medium businesses) can engage with the Apprentice or directly hire them. We remain available to the Apprentice during their transition. 
We do not seek profit as a company and anything beyond our modest company overhead is distributed to those who put in time and work on each project. In all aspects CTS is a "hobby shop", where our hobby is helping people. We genuinely want people to succeed in life and do great things.

In 2020 we took in a group of small business owners who had to shutdown their companies due to Covid. CTS was not significantly impacted because we have been working "remote" since 2008. We increased our service footprint during 2020 and started to work with other organizations to develop a small Cybersecurity/Technology driven Community where we can mentor and work with talented people pivoting their career into Technology.  

Prior to December 2023, we have not needed to create a public brand and were sustainable with a modest Facebook business page, word of mouth and business cards. Due to the changes 2024 will bring, we are reworking our public website (https://cybertronic.solutions) and expanding our brand to LinkedIn. Starting in 2024, we are going to reduce some of our service offerings to focus on 5 exciting and unique products we will be bringing to market.
