Patrick Downes is a dynamic and results-driven leader with diverse corporate experience across management, sales, strategy, and operations. As a Partner at Governance Ireland and co-founder of futureOwork, they specialize in corporate governance and hybrid working solutions, respectively. Previously, Downes served as managing director for multiple organizations, including Polycell Rawlplug and Baxi Group - Ireland, where they achieved significant growth and transformation. They are also a member of the Risk and Audit Committee for the Health Service Executive and hold a Diploma in Strategic Negotiations & Risk Mitigation from Harvard Business School.
