CyberWayFinder (CWF) is a Brussels-based cybersecurity training and workforce development organization operating since 2017. Founded with a pioneering vision, CWF set out to tackle two of the industry's most pressing challenges: a chronic shortage of cybersecurity talent and a lack of diversity within security teams.

CWF began with a pilot group of 20 women enrolled in its flagship Career Transition Program, helping professionals from non-technical backgrounds make a successful pivot into cybersecurity. Over its first three years alone, the organization helped nearly 100 women transition into cybersecurity careers. While diversity and inclusion remain at its core, the program has since evolved into a broad, multi-gender training offering accessible to anyone motivated to enter or advance in the field.

The program provides a broad training program in each of the domains of the cybersecurity common body of knowledge, through classroom lectures, mentoring sessions, hands-on workshops and certification guidance and review classes - to assist in a successful career pivot for each of the participants into cybersecurity. 

Our mission - to enable career transitions of professionals from various fields into cybersecurity in order to bring a broad range of needed skill sets into the industry, and to increase career opportunities for motivated professionals with relevant transferable skills. We aim to create a sustainable pipeline of diverse cybersecurity talent.

Our current program allows professionals from all over the world to participate in our most successful career transition program: The Foundation of Security.
