David Wood

David Wood is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in operational accounting and financial management. Currently serving as a Senior Accounting Manager at Cybin Inc. since July 2021, David oversees all operational accounting functions. Previously, David founded and managed DPW Services, providing comprehensive accounting support to over 20 clients while enabling informed business decisions through expert advice. As Finance Manager at Exchange Lab Canada from 2011 to 2019, David led full-spectrum accounting operations and strategic initiatives to meet financial objectives. Earlier roles include Accounts Receivable Manager at Mosaic Inc., and Controller at Valadeo Technologies Corp., where responsibilities encompassed all aspects of accounting operations. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Finance from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Laurentian University.
