Art Smith

Art Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Art worked as a Customer Care Director at Cycle Labs from February 2022 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Product Owner at Cycle Labs from July 2021 to February 2022, where they oversaw the development of the Cycle Appliance, a CI/CD platform.

Before joining Cycle Labs, Art worked at Tryon Solutions as a Product Owner from January 2020 to June 2021. Art also held the role of Senior Solutions Engineer at Tryon Solutions from June 2015 to January 2020, where they developed and maintained the Cycle test automation feature bundle product for Blue Yonder WMS and worked on proof of concept initiatives. Additionally, they served as a Senior IT Business Analyst at Tyco Safety Products from December 2008 to June 2015.

Art has also held roles at Robert Bosch LLC as a Senior Business Consultant for a brief period in 2012, at The Home Depot as a Senior Functional Configurator in 2008, and at ettain group as a WMS Consultant from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Leader for Warehouse Management Systems at Rayloc - Genuine Parts Company from 2006 to 2007, as a Consultant at CGI from 2005 to 2006, and as a System Administrator/Analyst at Rayloc - Genuine Parts Company from 2003 to 2005.

Art Smith attended Mississippi State University from 1997 to 2001. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Information Systems.
