Nisha D'Egidio

Nisha D'Egidio, PT, DPT is an experienced physical therapist and fitness professional with a diverse background. Nisha served as the head physical therapist at Precision Performance Physical Therapy, successfully managing a startup clinic and utilizing telemedicine for patient care. Nisha has also worked as a group fitness instructor at acac Fitness & Wellness Center, developing high-intensity interval training programs, and currently holds the position of Assistant Center Manager and Senior Sports Physical Therapist at NovaCare Rehabilitation, specializing in athletic knee injuries and managing NCAA DIII athletes. Additionally, Nisha is an Indoor Cycling Instructor at CycleBar, recognized as a top instructor, and previously instructed CrossFit classes while co-programming a women's empowerment class at 202Strong. Nisha holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Temple University and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from The George Washington University.
