Eva Maertens is an experienced HR professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as the co-founder of Giedon, a project aimed at revitalizing a historic space in Oostakker to foster community health and well-being. Previously, they held various roles at Teamleader, including HR Business Partner, where they led HR functions during a period of rapid organizational growth, and served as Chief of Staff (ad interim) to drive strategic initiatives. With a strong background in recruitment and performance management, they also invest in and serve on the boards of Cyclo Studio and BiometrIQ. Eva holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Ghent University and completed a program in Strategic HR Management at Vlerick Business School.
