Aurélien Dochler

Aurélien Dochler has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they were an Operations Manager at GreenAer - Ireland's Electric Bike Specialists. During this time, they advised customers on electric bikes and cargo bikes, and was responsible for a 70% increase in turnover from 2014 to 2015. Aurélien also developed new processes to improve the tracking and efficiency of services. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Ferðakompaníð - the Icelandic Travel Company as a Warehouse Operator, where they prepared equipment for large groups and individuals exploring the island of Iceland, and assisted as a guide on the Laugavegur Trek for 4 days. Aurélien also worked at GreenAer - Ireland's Electric Bike Specialists from 2016 to 2020 as a Store Manager, where they managed between 3 to 6 people and increased sales in both volume and value by 165%. Aurélien also maintained a high quality of service and customer satisfaction despite a surge in customers. Finally, they are currently working as a Retail Operations Leader at Cyclofix.

Aurélien Dochler completed a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA at GGDSD College, Hariana, from 2010 to 2011, majoring in Commerce international / commerce. Aurélien then went on to obtain a Master from EM Normandie Business School from 2008 to 2013, specializing in Cross-Cultural Marketing and Negotiation.
