Renos Xanthakis is a seasoned mechanical engineer and project manager with extensive experience in the engineering and construction sectors. As the Founder and Senior Project Manager at STAR SHAFT since September 2023, Renos oversees CAPEX projects through all phases, including feasibility, design, and execution, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. Concurrently, Renos serves as a Project Manager at Cyclops and as a Collaborator at Wentworth James Group. Since 2008, Renos has been affiliated with Xanthakis Engineering, focusing on conceptual and detailed engineering for diverse projects while adhering to EU standards. Prior roles include Project Engineer at Kellanova and Field Operations Manager at Petersime, where Renos managed large-scale agricultural construction initiatives.
