Chantanna Gholar, MBA has over five years of technical support experience and has worked for four different companies. Chantanna worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Cycode starting in 2023, and previously held the same role at Cisco from 2021 to 2023. Before that, they were an Enterprise Support Analyst/Tier 2 at Bullhorn from 2019 to 2021, and a Technical Support Coach at Asurion from 2018 to 2019.

Chantanna Gholar, MBA completed their Associate of Science (AS) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Pearl River Community College from 2006 to 2008. From 2009 to 2012, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi. In 2012 to 2014, they pursued their Master's Degree in Business Administration from William Carey University. In November 2020, they obtained a certification in Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences from LinkedIn.
