Or Alcon has a diverse work experience. In 2003, they served as an Officer in the Israel Defense Forces. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In 2011, they were the Editor in Chief of The Hebrew University Law Review (MISHPATIM). In 2012, they were a Legal Intern at Agmon & Co. Rosenberg Hacohen & Co. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Law Clerk at The Supreme Court of Israel. From 2014 to 2017, they were an Associate at Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co. Advocates. From 2017 to 2020, they were an Associate at Sidley Austin LLP. Since 2020, they have been a Legal Counsel at Wix.com, working closely with various teams worldwide and providing practical, business-oriented advice in various fronts. Since 2022, they have been the Head of Legal at Cycode.

Or Alcon has a diverse educational background. In 2008, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree (LL.B.) in Law from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. They then went on to get a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2009-2013. In 2016-2017, they obtained a Master's Degree in Master of Laws from Harvard Law School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals in 2021, the New York State Bar Association in 2017, and the Israeli Bar Association in 2014.
