Kelli MacIver

Kelli MacIver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales enablement, learning and development, and strategic operations at Cydcor, where tenure spans from May 2003 to the present. Currently serving as Executive Director, Kelli oversees the planning and execution of the Company's operating cadence, collaborates with executive teams to drive accountability for key milestones, and leads an Events Team to reflect the organization's culture. Previous roles include Senior Director of Sales Enablement and Senior Director of Learning & Development, where Kelli developed training programs that significantly boosted revenue and enhanced team performance. Kelli also has a background in providing strategic leadership for daily operations at Solplicity and managing independent sales offices, consistently exceeding sales targets. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Gonzaga University.
