Sara Lear

Sara Lear (Stafford) is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, management, and client relations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of the Territory Optimization Department at Cydcor since June 2011, Sara provides critical support to over 250 Independent Corporate Licensees, focusing on territory management, vendor management, and training material development. Previously, as President of The Resolutions Firm, Inc., from January 2006 to June 2011, Sara led a B2B/D2D sales force, overseeing training, territory management, and public relations. Early career roles included positions in production assistance and public relations, as well as a probation officer. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Spanish from Rutgers University.
