Roey B.

Roey B. is an R&D Project Manager at CYE since October 2025, with a robust background in technical project management and leadership. Previously, Roey held the position of Technical Project Manager at LabOS from February 2022 to November 2025, where successful delivery of complex projects within Agile frameworks occurred, alongside collaboration with cross-functional teams. Before that, Roey was Team Lead Manager at the Israeli Ministry of Defense from July 2017 to December 2021, managing a team and enhancing onboarding processes. Roey’s military experience includes serving as a combat soldier in a special unit within the Israel Defense Forces from November 2011 to November 2014, developing strong leadership and teamwork skills. Roey holds a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering & Management from SCE - Shamoon College of Engineering, completed in January 2022.
