Simran Thakur has been working in the Human Resources field since 2014. Simran started their career at Weblance as an HR Executive in 2014. In 2015, they moved to eWeb A1Professionals Pvt Ltd as a Senior HR. In 2018, they joined Cyemptive Technologies Inc. as an Assistant Manager- HR and later moved to the role of Senior Executive Human Resources.

Simran Thakur completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lovely Professional University in 2014.
