Kumar Ritesh has extensive experience in the cybersecurity field. In 2014, they were hired as the Global Lead Cyber Security at BHP Billiton, where they were responsible for developing and implementing the organization's information security program. In 2016, they joined Antuit as the Executive Vice President - Cyber Security and successfully pitched the concept of external threat landscape management and cyber analytics to Goldman Sachs. In 2019, they founded, chaired, and became CEO of CYFIRMA and successfully raised seed fund from Goldman Sachs. During the incubation phase, they led the business team to acquired Fortune 500 Japanese global conglomerates as CYFIRMA's first customers and grew revenue by five-fold in the second year. In 2020, Kumar Ritesh was accepted as a Member of Forbes Technology Council.

Kumar Ritesh has a background in computer science, having studied at Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Kumar also holds several certifications, including CIPM, CIPT, CISM, CISSP, CISSP-ISSAP, PMP, and TOGAF 9.1, all obtained from various institutions such as IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals, ISACA, (ISC)², PMI USA, and The Open Group.
