Your PSA is the system of record. Cyft is the system of context.

Right now, your techs take notes in Notepad, sticky notes, and their own memory. At 4:55 PM, they reconstruct their day from fragments to fill out time entries. The work was real. The documentation is a guess.

That gap costs MSPs 14K−18K per tech per year in undocumented billable work.

Cyft is a desktop overlay for ConnectWise. It knows what ticket a tech is on without being told. Scratchpad, slash commands, call transcription, and AI tools that capture work as it happens, not after.

The tech types /done. Cyft drafts the note, suggests the time entry, closes the ticket. The tech reviews and moves on.

We built this because we lived it. Running tickets, managing service desks, watching great techs burn out inside systems that weren't built for them.

We don't build surveillance. No idle tracking. No keystroke monitoring. That refusal is structural, not a promise.

The technician's job has never been designed for the technician. That changes with us.
