Oladele Shekete

Oladele Shekete is an enthusiastic and highly motivated ESG and impact specialist with significant experience in environmental and social project management. They served as ESG Manager at West Africa Venture Fund LLC from 2010 to 2017, where they conducted due diligence, compliance audits, and provided training on environmental standards. Prior to that, Oladele worked as a Project/Safety Coordinator at Total Consult Nigeria Limited from 2006 to 2008. They hold a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Ibadan and a Master’s in Environmental Management from the University of Lagos, among other qualifications. Currently, Oladele is involved as a Vice President Operations/ESG Director at Sahel Capital Agribusiness Managers Limited.
