Jonathan Carvalho

Jonathan Carvalho has extensive experience in IT and support roles, beginning as a Technical Support Specialist at Selectcom Telecom from April 2015 to September 2016. As a Systems and Network Administrator at Moving Picture Company, Jonathan led a project to open a new office for an additional 200 artists. Following this, Jonathan served as Mac Genius at Apple, focusing on customer support and achieving a high CSAT rating. From October 2019 to October 2022, Jonathan worked as IT Infrastructure & System Administrator at VersaPay, managing IT systems during significant company growth while maintaining a 95% CSAT. Most recently, Jonathan has taken on roles as IT Support Specialist at Top Hat and as IT Engineer at CYGNVS since July 2024. Jonathan holds a degree in Micro Computing, Network, and System Administration from Herzing College.
