Anshuman Panda

Anshuman Panda has over 20 years of experience in HR and leadership roles. Anshuman is currently the Head HR for Engineering Services at Cyient, where they oversee HR for various sectors such as Digital, Aerospace & Defense, Rail Transportation, Communication & Utilities. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director, HR for APAC at Honeywell, and as the Leader for Strategic HR Programs, OD, Talent Management, and Leadership Development at EMC. Anshuman also has experience working at Hewlett-Packard, Volvo, and Larsen and Toubro Limited, where they held various HR positions and was involved in recruitment, training, and organizational development.

Anshuman Panda pursued their Bachelors degree in Science with a specialization in Agricultural Sciences from Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology. This educational journey lasted from 1990 to 1995. Anshuman then proceeded to Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar), where they obtained a PGDM degree with a specialization in HR. This program spanned from 1995 to 1997. Prior to these formal educations, Anshuman Panda attended D M School, although the duration of attendance and any degrees or fields of study achieved during that time are unknown.
