David Nichter

David Nichter is a skilled Fiber Planner at Cyient, specializing in the creation of inside plant path drawings for fiber optic installations and the strategic planning of fiber optic equipment and cable placement. With extensive experience in GIS applications and data management, David has previously held senior positions at Fisher Associates, ATSI, Inc., URS Corporation, and Land and Mapping Services, where responsibilities included consulting on pipeline systems, developing GIS data, and conducting spatial analysis.
