Gopal Krishna

Gopal Krishna currently serves as the Head of Global Compensation & Benefits at Cyient, a position held since December 2022. Previously, Gopal held the role of Corporate HR - VP at ITC Infotech from August 2020 to December 2022. Gopal's extensive experience at Wipro Limited from December 2011 to August 2020 included various senior roles such as Head of Total Rewards - Americas and Director of Total Variable Pay, Global Sales Compensation, and Global Mobility. Earlier career experience includes working at IBM from November 2003 to November 2011 in multiple capacities, including Deputy General Manager - HR and Sales Incentive Program Leader for Growth Markets, alongside participation in IBM's Corporate Service Corps program in South Africa. Gopal's career began at Lotus Energy Systems Pvt Ltd as Manager - Finance from June 2001 to November 2003. Gopal holds an MBA in Finance and a B.Com (Hons) in Commerce from the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning.
