Keith Pritchard

Keith Pritchard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and corporate strategy, currently serving as Chief of Staff at Cyient since February 2016. In this role, Keith drives strategic initiatives and fosters collaboration among leadership teams while providing critical insights for business growth. Prior to this position, Keith held various leadership roles at Cyient, including Head of Corporate Strategy and multiple Global Human Resources Director positions, where responsibilities ranged from executing talent strategies to managing HR teams across regions. Keith also founded Blu Sky Consultancy and has a notable background at Kantar and IQVIA, where significant contributions were made to talent management, organizational performance, and strategic turnaround efforts. Keith holds a BA Hons in Human Resource Management with Business Management from the University of Gloucestershire.
