Larry Guay is a retired OSP Designer who has extensive experience in telecommunications project management and engineering. They worked with Cyient Inc. from 2017 until retirement, having previously held roles at Hinkles & McCoys as a Project Manager and at Wellsco Inc. as an OSP Obligatory Planner/Engineer.
