Mula Balaji

Mula Balaji is currently serving as an Executive Tech Support at Cyient since January 2023, primarily working with Telstra, Australia’s leading telecommunications and technology company. Prior to this role, Mula held positions in the healthcare sector as a Claims Associate at Optum, focusing on Medicare and Retirement enrollment processes, and briefly worked as a Process Associate at Kappel Pty Ltd and Genpact, where responsibilities included maintaining client process understanding and addressing customer queries. Mula Balaji holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Jayamukhi Institute of Technological Sciences and a Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Applications from Kakatiya University. Mula is also engaged in ongoing education with NxtWave since June 2022.
